Fiona Apple - Extraordinary Machine (CD)

Extraordinary Machine (2005) is Fiona Apple's third album. Its first version, made with Jon Brion, leaked online and fans campaigned for its release; she then reworked most of it with producers Mike Elizondo and Brian Kehew. The result is witty, theatrical and sharp, with "Parting Gift," "Not About Love," "O' Sailor" and the Brion-produced title track. It was nominated for a Grammy for Best Pop Vocal Album.
