Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We accept returns up to 7 days after you've received your item. Your item must be unworn/unused, and in the condition it arrived in. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges unless we were at fault in sending you the wrong item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return confirmation number.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will receive store credit for the original sale price.

Returns can also be dropped off at our location in Downtown Santa Ana during store hours (Tue-Sat. 12pm-6pm).


Damages and issues
 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include a picture or video of the damage.

You must notify us within 2 days of receiving the order. Damaged items can only be exchanged for the same item, as long as we have it available. If item is not available, customer will have the option to receive a refund or store credit.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, these items include: all used vinyl, limited-edition products (such as colored vinyl and signed posters). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
